What we do

Go Small is a boutique consultancy that helps largely social profits* be strategic with what they already own. We do this through analyzing an organization’s unique social and cultural attributes and story/stories to provide content strategy in the areas of traditional and social media. Our input enables them to better communicate their unique vision, reach their target markets, strengthen their organizations and show the world what they do best.

As the world gets smaller with the increasing global use of the Internet and as individuals and communities gear to “go local” by conserving limited resources (both human and natural), not-for-profits can begin to capitalize on what it is they do best: helping others and making the world a better place. Instead of trying to change what you do for your core service, we help you to improve on how you communicate that service to the public.

* A social profit is an organization that focuses on creating positive change in communities. We believe the words “non-profit” or “not-for-profit” don’t adequately capture the tremendous value these organizations bring to society. And some organizations that run social enterprises even make money doing it!
